BRIAN TOCHI is recognized around the world for starring in three of the most popular film franchises of all time, and has created some of the most beloved & memorable recurring characters in each of the highly successful “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle” movies, the “Revenge of the Nerds” series of movies, and the “Police Academy” movie franchises.
Brian is celebrated as the voice of 'Leonardo' (leader of the Turtles) in all three original live action “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” films (TMNT 1, 2 & 3). He is also widely known for starring as Takashi in several of the "Revenge of the Nerds” films; and envied as blond bombshell Sgt. Callahan’s lover in the "Police Academy” movies, first as Cadet Nogata, then returning as Lt. Nogata.
In Television, Brian has been an on-camera series star in 6 TV shows (syndicated worldwide), and he is also known for multiple recurring animated roles, including 'Shiv' in Static Shock, 'Master Hama' in Johnny Bravo, and 'Liu Kang' in the animated Mortal Kombat series - plus many others, such as Avatar: The Last Airbender, Family Guy, Scooby-Doo, and Batman Beyond, to name a few. Brian has appeared in or lent his voice to over 300 film & TV productions, as well as having voiced many top video games.
FUN FACT: Brian is one of only two living actors to have appeared in an original Star Trek episode and returned for a subsequent spin-off in another Star Trek based series, Star Trek: The Next Generation.
